TEA WITH NICI
Have your morning, afternoon or evening tea with Nici. What is
more comforting than reading words of affirmation and
practical insights that empowers your soul? Over the years,
Nici has discovered the most effective tool in counseling
people is to incorporate an integrative approach to their
dilemmas in a warm environment. Thus, she has instituted
therapeutic, practical and spiritual methodologies along with
a “taste of tea” that ignites and sustains overall stability.
Thus, I would encourage you to read and to meditate on the
following empowering statements as you sip from your favorite
cup a soothing “taste of tea” (i.e., try different types of
tea). Preferably, you should allow at least 15 minutes
participating in this exercise in a quite area. During this
time, you should have a pen and notebook available to: a)
write down your thoughts and/or b) list desired goals and
target dates to reach them.
Words of Empowerment and Practical Insights:
1-You were created for a purpose!
2-Stop blaming yourself! You can never go back and change
things. You must apologize and move forward.
*Nici enjoys participating in Tea parties. One of her passions
is to support and empower others.
